Overview of the Program

We are a psychological education company specializing in teaching English through dynamic, experiential learning. Our mission is to equip students with the essential skills to succeed in the world of tomorrow. Tailored for students in grades 7-12, our flagship program, “Debate and Growth,” is a year-long initiative where our experienced instructors work directly with your students, providing at least two classes per week throughout the year. Here are the core principles of our program:

Holistic English Learning

Our program is conducted entirely in English, recognizing that proficiency in this language is essential for success in today’s high-tech and globalized world. Students practice public speaking, engage in classroom discussions, and present arguments to their peers – all in English. Research has shown that learning a second language through a holistic approach, where it is actively and practically integrated into the learning experience, is the most effective way to achieve true mastery. Our program creates an environment where English is not learned in a vacuum but becomes a daily tool for discussion, thinking, and overcoming challenges.

Critical Thinking

In a world of fake news, artificial intelligence, and widespread misinformation, it is more unclear than ever what is true. While the internet and social media provide an endless stream of content, the skills needed to evaluate, analyze, and verify information are becoming increasingly rare. We equip our students with the tools and skills to critically examine the world around them, challenge different perspectives, and confidently develop and express their own unique voices.

Public Speaking

Understanding complex and competing ideas is only part of the equation; the ability to articulate them clearly and persuasively is just as crucial. The transition from comprehension to articulation marks the moment when internal ideas become a means of connection, shaping how we engage with and influence the world around us. We empower our students with public speaking skills, building their ability to effectively communicate their ideas and confidently express their values to those around them.

Active Listening

Expressing meaningful ideas and conveying them effectively is vital, but in an era of growing polarization across the Western world, the ability to listen actively and recognize the shared humanity of the person in front of you is more important than ever. Our program fosters empathy and understanding, teaching students to truly listen and connect with others. While the person across from them may hold different views and values, both are individuals deserving of respect. This principle forms the atmosphere of our debate classes.

Growth and Resilience

Beyond teaching these essential skills, we believe that fostering growth and mental resilience is key to success in the world of tomorrow. For students whose first language is not English, public speaking in a foreign language may seem intimidating. That’s why our program is built on principles of personal growth and overcoming challenges. We guide students to see difficulties as opportunities for learning, helping them develop self-confidence, manage their fears, and acquire the ability to face challenges successfully.

Life will inevitably present its share of challenges, and we are committed to teaching our students how to live on life’s terms, bouncing back when faced with adversity. Through our curriculum, students progressively build an identity and self-image as individuals who grow in the face of difficulties. We guide them in cultivating resilience and recognizing their capacity to thrive, no matter what life throws their way.
